Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway by IHG

I was welcomed by Basem, who's really kind and professional - he gave me an upgrade, late checkout and booked a taxi for the following day to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, the room service was quick and prompt, food was delicious and I also had the chance to try the pool and the spa, which both exceeded my expectations. This was a quick layover between two flights and I wish it lasted longer, very recommended!

I really enjoyed my short stay , the staff were AMAZING , abdullah the reception employee was very very welcoming and kind he offered us an upgrade which was PERFECT the room was great and i LOVED how quite and clean it is , they care about the smallest detail the bed smelled GREAT and fresh which i deeply appreciate in a hotel , the location was convenient and it was an easy access , i really appreciate how they care about their customers and customer services called me to insure i had the best stay . appreciate every single staff member so kind and helpful . they gained a customer for life .

I booked late and arrived early for a short daytime stay during a long layover between flights. Despite my early arrival, the very kind and professional front desk staff went out of their way to make me and my kids feel welcome. More than the room upgrade (which was wonderful), it was the little touches like the very warm reception they gave my young sons, who had just arrived after long international travel that really set the experience apart. The gentleman who helped us with our bags was also extremely welcoming. It was the personal touches to what could have been just a generic transaction that makes this place one I would recommend to any fellow traveler. Thanks.

The property is very well located near to the airport and a mall one short block away. The check in was very quick and very welcoming staff at the front desk to check you in. The room was very clean and well equipped with the usual items required for a visit.
